It's a good question (non sarcastic tone applied) generally "They're Americans" means ppl from the US. But they'll often confuse a Canadian accent for a US one until clarified. Generally when I hear the "the accent" I ask before assuming.

Sarcasm is extremely British/Irish too. The use of sarcasm can be used in different ways throughout Europe, depending on how well you know the person, whether it's personal, third person or general, and the topics you are discussing. But you'd know that, because Americans know everything 🤣

Another festival highlight was Shambala last year. It's very nude-friendly and there's a fun and very inclusive vibe. It'd be great to meet up with other nudies there in 2025.

I'm a gay naturist. Some less enlightened gay friends ask "do you get turned on by being naked with other ppl?" They're really disappointed when I tell them I've had some great conversations stood naked next to an 85 year old woman at the wash basins at a naturist camp etc. It's about context.

As a non-Ostomate (I post as a partner of someone with one) I'd say from an experience years ago before I met him, be fairly upfront and matter of fact. The guy I met wasn't, and it was awkward and uncomfortable as I wasn't prepared for it. My issue I know, but disclosure gets it out there and over
