It’s discriminatory and says loads about the current state of society.

This is one huge loss of teaching and support talent. Improving the profession for Disabled staff actually helps all educators. More flexibility and access is needed. Bring down the barriers.

We absolutely do need better funding for schools especially for our disabled pupils. They should have what they need to thrive so they can do well at school and be happy too.
