Bang for your buck is best in northern Ontario or eastern Ontario, or Quebec. Northern Ontario is much snow and buggies. Eastern Ont is good but prices can be high depending on what you want. Just 30 min plus outside major towns pricing isnt as bad.
Jealous. We are looking now and everything is expensive 😭. That's a good area though

We had to move most of our stuff to a storage unit and it was way more work than I thought. We still have tons to pack when the time comes x.x I don't envy you right now.
