You're welcome! I have a balance of ups & downs, but tend toward downs. My meds are a bit off, so I live in slight hypomania, now. I've had rapid cycles that last minutes each, so I was laughing & crying simultaneously. Very scary. But it's been years since that happened.

Oh, yes. I've had nasty rapid cycling. I stay away from people and seek creature comforts in that situation (after I call my dr). Hot shower, moisturizer head to toe, then sweats & thick socks. I avoid news & sad things in favor of watching comedies. I have a few very close friends I can talk to.
