Hi,
Many on this platform, are disturbed that to see any official gov communications, they have to go back onto the #CessPit of X.

Did you know that empathy is a learnable skill, not a character trait?
Research shows that just 10% of our empathy is genetic, the other 90% is learnt through social and environmental factors - and it can be developed at any age!
If you want to stop funding everything Amazon does and stands for, youβve come to the right place.
Weβre Bookshop.org, an ethical alternative for buying books online. Every single purchase financially supports independent bookstores, allowing them to continue serving their communities.
Shortsighted. This isnβt saving money as it will cost more in long run in benefits/prisons and cost on childrenβs wellbeing priceless

It sounds as if a great day was had by all.
My single piece of parenting/teaching advice is read stories to your children every day and don't stop when they can read by themselves. It will develop empathy, build their confidence, increase their vocabulary and spark their imaginations. You're basically helping them to fly.

Wrong order. Bedding first to hang out to dry earlier. Enjoy the cake though
Wonderful thread. Thanks for acknowledging that reaching even one child per visit is so valuable.
