Sometimes I make the mistake of going on Reddit. I recently made the mistake of going on the anime subreddit. I don’t even think those people like anime, 80% of posts are some variation of “Popular anime sucks actually”. Then their reason is it has tropes. That site’s users are miserable lol.

I understand that it's hard sometimes to really find that motivation. My advice is don't beat yourself up about it. It's ok we've all been there. Find some type of activity you actually like doing and do that. Start small start slow and don't rush it. Most importantly be kind to yourself.

You’ve most likely heard this before but losing weight is honestly just calories in calories out. You don’t gotta make yourself suffer, You shouldn’t cause no one sticks to a diet with no joy. Be happy have things that make you happy but also have things that keep your body happy.
