told you it's SO DR:K!! Shuten being so heavily Kitayama's work is one reason why i was very much hoping you'd get into it, it almost feels spiritually connected in a way (pun not intended)

oh damn !! well if you're ever interested it may be just one you slowly play Over Time. i'm working on a full detailed summary of the game (i'm about 50% done) specifically for people who can't play it all at once and might need refreshers between 1-2 months etc

1.) yes and no. there are Very Sad Parts, the main character Rei ABSOLUTELY goes through it, but w/o spoilers i'll say the ending is unequivocally happy/hopeful.

2.) it's about 40 hours if you're a super fast reader and 65-70 if you're a slow one.
