For context, this is on an abandoned bldg near my house, a metal plating biz that closed in 2016, leaving open vats of hexavalent chromium & other highly toxic chems. A fire w/h forced evac of most of western StP. Luckily EPA cleaned it up just before Trump 1 cut their emergency response budget.
