This is such good news for artists.

Now companies would never in their right minds pressure you to use AI because you get to say: "We can do that as long as you don't want to own the stuff you make and ANYONE can use it for ANY reason without paying you for it." and they will NOT like that.

I think too many people are too comfortable with demanding that others monitor and cater to their own discomfort. Your unhealed trauma and personal discomfort, especially regarding others' bodies, is for you to sit with and unpack, not for others to censor themselves and their own personhoods for.

Sent an image I thought was cool to a friend, then looked closer at it and realized it was AI and felt absolutely icky.

I hate that this is what happens to my feelings with art now. It stops me from just experiencing joy of looking at art and now I have to be suspicious every time I feel something.

One time I got called into HR at Warner Bros because someone sent them an email saying that I kept putting them in the hospital and secretly changing their medical records. Warner HR had to do due diligence to find out if I was actually doing that to someone in like... Spain?

A reminder to anyone under 25 and getting into the buying DVD's game:

When DVD's first started coming on the scene, people were so used to full screen versions of movies on their TV that many DVDs were full screen, not widescreen. Always check!

One of my least favorite things around AI in video games is when these LLM idiots try to say that "AI has been in video games for decades," as if the routines that tell ghosts to chase Pac-Man are exactly the same as the chat bot claiming there are nine Rs in strawberry.
