Today is the feast day of Bede Griffiths, also known as Swami Dayananda - my Guruji.
He ran the Saccidananda Ashram, Shantivanam, a Christocentric Ashram, in southern India for most of the second half of the 20th century before his departure from his body on this day in 1993.
Pray for us Dayananda.

There's a natural flow to life. Go with it, don't fight it.
Merrily, merrily...:
Don't take life too seriously, enjoy it.
Life is but a dream:
This physical reality is only a passing aspect of a greater existence. Make the most of it, don't waste it.

Row, row, row:
You need to put some effort into life, but not over do it.
Your boat:
Just your boat. Don't worry about other's boats, or what they are doing, just concentrate on your own.
Gently:
Take it easy, don't over do the effort, especially not due to others' expectations.
