Nothing more than a battering of Tottenham is acceptable on Sunday. We need to see a solid strategy and a concerted high intensity effort/Press from the players where the contention of everyball counts, not a side to side predictable slow mo, strewn with unforced errors and poor decision making.

Thanks. Have you listened to Sam Harrisโs latest with with Rob Reid about biosecurity, pandemic risk, and the alarming fragility of our defenses against biological catastrophe. They discuss the USAID program DEEP VZN, the dangers of gain-of-function research, open science norms, could arm bad actors
Equally, the players are instructed to certain extent and their responsibility versus Managerโ should at a high level be clear. Poor personal performances in the context of everything else is the reality.
with all the challenges and lack of consistency, itโs hard to say whatโs reasonable. Me personally, given the conditions, Iโd like to see some consistency and football thats a little more exciting
Also, here is some new smaller windturbine tech (20-200KW coming to Canada soon megabizenergy.ca/aboutUs.html Smaller swept area, more energy efficient etc. Website still under construction. Easily integrated with battery/solar tech. Note I am a Canadian Director of this company.
Agree, solar has moved on as has wind. To the above, Iโd add Hydrogen (a challenge globally where projects are constantly mothballed: Michael Bernard, Paul Martin, Michael Liebreich etc. Also, Interesting solid/article here re marine hydrogen v electrification: cleantechnica.com/2026/03/10/h...

Absolutely Dave! heโs a first class mule. Keeps trying the same approach, disregarding the data whilst expecting different outcomes
Who was, you cannot be that stupid, thats corruption in action, as he constantly fell for the same dives and pretense.
Not lost faith in our ability to turn this around, but there are too many questions from a strategic perspective that are not aligned with good managerial decisions or his ability to turn this around. Is this fair in the context of the issues? The players have not been accountable and need to own up
To sum it up, he has failed as have those players with a few acceptions to turn a corner and produce consistent performances.
Sorry/agree most of these so called mitigating circumstances with that team are unacceptable. Imagine the Paisley years and those players performing like that, the shit would hit the fan at 1/2 time. Excuse the pun, they would be lynched. What do Jones/NGumho/Frimpong have to do. He brings on Gakpo
The above issues we have banged on about ad infinitum, and yet we begin about Arne Slot who we dont want to bang on about. But Iโm with you, unavoidable. Galatasaray, not really very good, Liv absolutely pointless display, an unintelligent display showing personal/managerial strategic ineptitude.
Neither strategy nor/consistent way of playing would convince me we can win it. Problems in wack a mole fashion have contributed to our downfall as has suspect coaching, for me after 50+ yr a fan, this is a new lowpoint and our Slot/teams credibility is virtually gone as has its ability to deliver
Wirtz clearly not ready, but still getting into viable scoring positions. We are predictable, error prone and without a consistent and viable Press. Dom has fallen off a very lofty cliff for 3 games now. Gakpo, needs to go and we need a viable way of playing. What do Jones, Ngumho and Frimpong do?
Might happen, but looking at how we are set up, the attitude, lack of effort, lack of smarts and consistency or even an adaptable way of playing, the Manager/players are not delivering in a consistent fashion, basically we show an inability to be consistent and build on what we have
What do Jones, Ngumho, Frimpong and Chiesa have to do to get a game and when we desparately needed a goal, who does he bring on. He is beyond help and afyer 50 years+ following LFC, this is a new low
Clueless, bar a few players, once I saw the line upโฆ and five mins in
I didnt think he was quite ready last game either
Dont go there, unbelievable, Tier 5 U12
wtf was he doing, I thought he was back to his best, but how many unforced an infocussed errors did he make
Whatโs happening to him, he gets behind the two defenders and ues its tight, but ffs, not on the ground its a chip or far right. For a big lad, he does not contend enough for aerial balls, though it must be soul destroying to see what others are doing
Iโd agree, how could Slot not see what is needed
Iโm a fan, but wirtz was not ready and Slotโs inability to recognize that is shocking. We have him resorting to Gakpo and ask your self, what do nGumho, Jones and Frimpong need to get their game. We gave up asking about Chiesa and Kerkez though lively, gets pulled into fouling so easily. Robertson?
donโt complain about refs, but it was a handball and equally the ref wasnโt making poor decisons he was bending the rules and needs to be looked into. The was a shameful display by the players (not all) and Manager, an absolute shambolic lack of understanding of the โhowโ and poor commitment
The Press, a joke, the tactics, the mentality that every player should have when they don that shirt. The accountability is non-existent for both players and Manager. A wish and a prayer without the mentality is merely hopeful, which is not a strategy and the Manager and team replapsing constantly
Real excuses aside and we have some. We have normalized shit football. Equally, the commitment, composure and consistency is appalling from the players as a whole, not to mention the haphazard and sometimes generally unintelligible approach to the game.
