Tweet 3: The public persona Dima projects -- that of a passionate developer and a die-hard Shenmue fan -- couldn't be further from the truth. The reality is far more toxic and disturbing. Tweet 4: Having seen him operate up close over the years, I feel obligated to expose him as a ruthless opportunist with a Machiavellian mindset and a toxic leadership style. Tweet 5: Harsh management isn't new to the game industry. But there's a common hope that indie studios avoid the worst of what plagues AAA development.
