I've had one really bad one and a couple of mini ones. I'm always very hyper aware of the signs but it seems impossible to get away from lots of stress in this industry.

The problem is that bad burnout can cause health issues & make existing ones worse too 😭

Our country has issues but lots of the things are being taken out of context or just false. I'm worried it'll cause hate crimes here.
