Great job on the podcast, Mark. I did indeed email them about a couple possible gems. When Trumpets Fade (1998) β it got overshadowed by Saving Private Ryan. A Midnight Clear, adapted from a great unsung novel. I'm realizing only now how much gritty movies like these influenced my own fiction!
