One of my favourite sides of politics/media.

Flavor wise, it's a umami savory profile. For me, the sharpness of the lime and tang of the tamarind paste helps break up the saltiness of the sauce and richness of the peanuts.

I'm very sensory seeking with food and love pad Thai for the different textures. The rice noodles are chewy and tend to stick to each other a bit with the sauce, the peanuts are crunchy. The bean sprouts and other veggies are crisp. My hard parts are the egg bits (squishy).

It’s funny if you call PayPal or visa lines and bring this up asking why they claim “adult illustrations” is against their regulations but betting on the death of kids is totally fine. They don’t have an answer.
