I revamped the +R Dustloop page. A new addition is that now there's a toggle at the top that switches between normal and EX character pages. when you are in EX mode, the borders of the character icons will turn red.

Narratively having Ever Given getting stuck in 2021 to set up Hormuz in 2026 is great foreshadowing. You want your audience to understand the basics of international shipping in a lower stakes context so you drop the real plot without a lot of saggy exposition about the minutiae of cargo logistics.

No, that's not a fair comment, David Hill doesn't understand the cashflow.

The staff report says the subterranean parking facility at 70 Clarence has a "projected long-term net cashflow of -$68.9 million" and "capital and lifestyle costs exceed its revenue potential". That's not cashflow positive.

Transit Signal Priority Update by Mayer_OliviaChow Hey r/toronto - I’m breaking the news here first. We’re bringing transit signal priority to lines 5 and 6, and as of today phase 1 is done! That means a single car turning left won’t hold up an LRT full of a hundred people. But we’re not done yet. In the coming months, we’ll be making even more enhancements to ensure TTC vehicles get the green lights transit riders deserve. These changes will make rides along Eglinton and Finch West faster. More to come on other routes. And let me know if you notice the changes!

The State Senate just approved Washington's elevator reform bill 41-6 after it was amended in the House, sending it to the Governor's desk.

The House's amendments removed language around international harmonization but it still represents a major reform for elevators in smaller buildings.
