like you have to jump through extra hoops to show frustum culling in the scene view. are they manually coding it? or are they changing the scene view settings??
i keep seeing videos of people showing frustum culling in unity with like "watch me optimize my game heh 😎" when it's a feature that's on by default???
i've tried to play it once or twice before but i always looked up an isometric map to try and find things. this time around im using the in-game maps and orienting myself to discover new things. definitely the way to play

Idk how your shovel item is set up, but for this i'd make a generic "inventory" script that holds stored terrain tiles, and on reset, check if the "icon" has this inventory class, and then clear that inventory
i don't think there is an easy way to do this, other than defining the reset method per class.
depending on the use case you can do different approaches to this problem but idk what your use case is

the discord feature where you can "gift" a nitro trial to someone is kinda predatory, because in order to accept the trial someone gifts you, you HAVE to select a payment plan and you will be auto-billed at the end of the trial
