💥🧨 I suspected that the defendants’ lawyers in my case were motivated by malice against me - they wanted to harm me.

What’s disturbing is Lewis’ focus on his own costs of £75k, but not the risk of his client losing his home.
It’s like Lewis is blind to the risks to others and only sees the £75k.

Mark Lewis must be struck off ASAP.
He stopped acting for Eddy Cantor because of a conflict.
He then emailed Cantor and his new solicitors to undermine their advice.
And Lewis did so in the interests of himself and Patron Law.
WTF was going on?
There is some disturbing detail in episode #7.
Information that suggests Mark Lewis and Daniel Berke:
- encouraged one of the defendants to lie about evidence; and
- made an application to the High Court knowing it was untrue.

It seems Beth Grossman, Daniel Berke and Mark Lewis may have knowingly misled the court in trying to get my claim struck out.
Lewis’ and Berke’s conduct possibly amounts to contempt of court.

Eddy Cantor sent Mark Lewis analytics data on 16 Sep 2022.
Lewis did not disclose this data for the strike out application on 17 Jan 2023.
Lewis wrote to me on 11 Apr 2023 to say he had now obtained analytics data from Cantor.
What does anyone else think about this? 🤔

Barrister Beth Grossman of Doughty Street.
In 2023, she spent 2 hours in the High Court arguing my claim be struck out on the ground of minimal publication on X/Twitter.
It seems that she did this after her client had provided her evidence showing substantial publication.
In my latest piece, I analyse whether Mark Lewis of Patron Law knowingly misled the High Court with his evidence in my case.
