I’ve had my EV for 8 years now. It is fantastic. No maintenance. No gas. Charges at home automatically. I don’t understand why anyone still bothers with gas cars.

New England Boiled Cider, basically apple cider reduced 8:1, is a completely *amazing* tart-sweet apple syrup on waffles.
Also bakes very nicely: punches the apple flavor button *hard*, and turns slightly bitter when baked -- a more adult flavor.
