"It's an asset!" - But what backs it? Unlike stocks (companies), real estate (property), there's literally nothing underlying Bitcoin's value except speculation and demand.
"It's anonymous!" - That's a myth. Bitcoin is pseudo-anonymous at best. Every transaction is recorded on a public ledger. Ask the Silk Road founder how "anonymous" it turned out to be. Even Colonial Pipeline ransomware funds were traced and recovered.
"It's a currency!" - Well, not really. Try waiting 45 minutes for your pizza purchase to clear. No practical way to use it for daily transactions. A currency that can't be easily used for purchases isn't really a currency.
