War is not good for the retirement funds I have from the Before Times. Go figure. Kinda need that money. This admin just keeps blowing things up, literally and figuratively.

This is wildly common in chronic illness because doctors are taught to cure and not treat. So they’re not flexible or imaginative and if it doesn’t work the way they were taught or expect they can’t just mark it in their win column so it’s not worth their time and now you’re making them work

Yeah. Feverfew is lesser recommended. I'd say magnesium, riboflavin, CoQ10 are top 3. Feverfew and high quality butterbur come up next, and a few random things like fish oil, vit d and melatonin I think I've seen small studies on.

After my procedure, my pain got worse last night. I didn't sleep much. It's still lingering and I'm extra anxious today. I'm just so frustrated with things meant to help me feeling like they backfire.

I have so much fun playing Crossplay. We’re a good match! (I might be slower tonight and tomorrow, if I crash.)

I do not recommend getting a procedure done on your birthday. 0/10 lousy way to spend it.

Unofficial town meeting results are in and looks like we rejected a few M*GA candidates. One might still get on school board after a late controversy. Not sure how that'll shake out.

If you can tolerate where you are. But I'm not sure things will necessarily firm up. So don't torture yourself if it's miserable.

If you can tolerate things πŸ’© wise, maybe wait a bit to see if it improves at this level. It might just be too much.

You also might not need to get to 800mg. Most of the time, I hear 400-600mg is the sweet spot.

Even though the mag l-threonate looks like it is a low dose, I think it's measured differently so you don't need as much? I'll try to find where I read this. I don't take a lot of it. I think I take one of those and two mag glyc.

Grateful for any suggestions, feel free to DM if you can recommend an empathetic, excellent GP and/or endo within 40 minutes of Longmont, CO. My adult kid needs better medical care and keeps hitting a wall. On-going exhaustion even with stable Hashimoto’s.
