This is wildly common in chronic illness because doctors are taught to cure and not treat. So theyβre not flexible or imaginative and if it doesnβt work the way they were taught or expect they canβt just mark it in their win column so itβs not worth their time and now youβre making them work

Yeah. Feverfew is lesser recommended. I'd say magnesium, riboflavin, CoQ10 are top 3. Feverfew and high quality butterbur come up next, and a few random things like fish oil, vit d and melatonin I think I've seen small studies on.
After my procedure, my pain got worse last night. I didn't sleep much. It's still lingering and I'm extra anxious today. I'm just so frustrated with things meant to help me feeling like they backfire.
I have so much fun playing Crossplay. Weβre a good match! (I might be slower tonight and tomorrow, if I crash.)
I do not recommend getting a procedure done on your birthday. 0/10 lousy way to spend it.

I'm sorry for your loss. π
Unofficial town meeting results are in and looks like we rejected a few M*GA candidates. One might still get on school board after a late controversy. Not sure how that'll shake out.
If you can tolerate where you are. But I'm not sure things will necessarily firm up. So don't torture yourself if it's miserable.
ICYMI, all you protein loving people. Walmart brand cottage cheese recall in some states.
If you can tolerate things π© wise, maybe wait a bit to see if it improves at this level. It might just be too much.
You also might not need to get to 800mg. Most of the time, I hear 400-600mg is the sweet spot.
Nevermind, I think I'm wrong and probably under-dosing.
Even though the mag l-threonate looks like it is a low dose, I think it's measured differently so you don't need as much? I'll try to find where I read this. I don't take a lot of it. I think I take one of those and two mag glyc.
Grateful for any suggestions, feel free to DM if you can recommend an empathetic, excellent GP and/or endo within 40 minutes of Longmont, CO. My adult kid needs better medical care and keeps hitting a wall. On-going exhaustion even with stable Hashimotoβs.
As an aside, neither can my family member, who is still taking covid precautions for me, so avoids indoor/crowds.
