This is true. Klein's a v. smart guy but sometimes has difficulty not getting worked up when he 'fundamentally disagrees' - his wording - with someone.

Last batch made 4 loaves, cut in 1/2, froze, taking out 1/2 a loaf at a time. My conclusion more efficient to make 4 loaves vs 2, since you have to wait between steps. It could also be that adhd hyper focus on new thing trait
