We both put our hearts and souls into some kind of pursuit of truth, society doesn't value us at all so we're all dirt poor, we all tend to be some variety of neurodivergent, etc
The thing that kills me about it, after meeting so many scientists and working with them as an artist, is how dang similar artists and scientists tend to be.
