What we're seeing right now is kind of unprecedented in video games. The industry is fairly young, but we're now at the point where many legendary developers who shaped the industry are slowly starting to retire. And it's extremely rare that people stay at the same company for 40+ years.

This includes HHS and Ed, which had the worst provisions in congressional history.
