A bit of both. I'll start with some and the motifs definitely develop and link together with other motifs as I go along.
Subtle foreshadowing and using motifs that incite dread. Character development can also play well into this. Example: one could write about a trait a character has that will be important later but, the audience doesn't know it yet. Then you can evolve that trait later on as a sight of change.
It's just that, doing such makes it harder to test the user experience and the hurdles they have to overcome to get there.
Outside of this, it's a very unique site with lovely visuals and menus. I'm looking forward to exploring it more!

For this I was torn between writing & photography, I could easily photodump and get it done with, however, I decided to go the writing route for some extra motivation to write more. It's a little unfair that the site founder is using multimedia despite only having 1 post. They have the right to ⬇️
This is only temporary as there is a way to post multimedia after uploading 25 works, and 50 comments, then they'll check you for AI again. This sounds a bit tedious, the concept itself isn't bad, but the amount is a bit excessive, especially for people who are starting fresh or don't comment much.
Writers can only upload text. Musicians can only upload audio. Actors, comedians and directors can only upload video files, photographers, sculptors and visual artists can only share images.
Straight off the bat, New Bohemia has you pick an artistic medium. This dictates your experience on the app by only letting you post in a way that matches the medium. As shown in the image below (+ alt text).
