Honestly,I don’t know. Life has been stressful at home and at work. My aunt has dementia and being unpredictable,and people at work keep undoing all my hard work, and is driving my mental health to break. My OCD is manic rn,and feel I’ve lost control. I have no in between to just breathe. I’m tired.
