After a week of glorious sunshine, the warm temperatures once again give way to a snowstorm just before the official start of spring; this snowy tableau shows my neighbours trying to navigate their cars through a sludge of snow and slush on the city street. Snow on the roofs of the buildings to the left and right of the street make me want to go back to bed until it melts.
Not enough swear words in my vocabulary for this Ides of March mess...

As a person who (now) rarely has to venture across that bridge I'm not at all surprised. I was driving at-speed (70km) on Tuesday morning 9:55 am and multiple cars/trucks passed me at speeds I'd estimate at 85-90 km/hr - it was like it was a race to see who could get across first.
