My 20 something year old nephew started working as an HVAC tech and he is killing it in the industry. That young man is making so much money and excelling in a field dying for people. Signed up for extra training and certifications on his own. Super proud of him for taking advantage of that niche.

Women apologize SO much that when we finally find ourselves in all-female spaces, we're constantly coming up with ways to basically spray-bottle train one another to stop apologizing for the dumbest shit, like it's fucking deprogramming.

My BOOTCAMP class used to be all woman and 1 man (who knew how to behave). Now there’s 2 new loud stinky men in the class and it’s just constant grunting and yelling the whole time.
