I also feel better doing that instead of working out 4-5x a week cause it makes me feel less exhausted and hungry. I'm excited to go into maintenance so I can eat more and lift more and get some good muscle growth though but for now yippee!

Got past my weird weight plateau I started in and all it took was working out less. Daily steps >> A ton of workouts

Really funny that my choices on where to go for Christmas this year are California or Edmonton, Alberta. Complete opposites.

that tretinoin cream that I had was NOT good and much past the expiry date. so I got a new prescription for a retinol that should be better, and just bought a new face cream cause I think the one I have rn is way too irritating for my skin oops
