@yoav.codes how do you feel with anthropic being the owner of bun?
Cat with his pawn on the wrist of his human who's trying to work
He's telling me "enough working my human, now feed me"
Ok, so after phones and home assistants listening to your conversations, there're robots recording every single part of your home, even inside your dishwasher. What could go wrong ?
I don't get why they keep trying to put it everywhere. It's always a mess
I have two of them
Why not do it directly in html? Because the rendering of SVG is sharper and more suitable for publishing. Anyway, it was fun to play with the react renderer trying to create documents (pdf but it could be docx)
Not really related, but I tried once to write a react renderer for paper like output based on SVG. I used a flex implementation to allow composing the pages like we do with DOM or RN. The thing is you can't compose in SVG like we do in html and there's no way to measure the length of text.
Ok I thought you were looking for a self-hosting solution.
Just use the right tool like @coolify.io you'll never feel the pain anymore. Install is super easy, then deploying a container is a couple of clicks
There's also pyright but I never tried it. On the other hand ruff from @crmarsh.com is a wonderful linter, I think he's cooking something for type checking.
Add mypy and start struggling with it ๐
A really confusing parking payment machine that has dozens of options that all seem to have a different user interface and no consistency whatsoever.

Beside websites and native apps, do you see other use cases where react could be used?
Hundreds of thousands of Computers won't be able to upgrade to Windows 11, but that shouldn't make them eWaste. Kudos to the kde team for this amazing initiative! This website provides options and information for installing KDE desktop and reuse older computers safely

I also use @fastapi.tiangolo.com on a project, it generates an open API schema you could use to generate typescript types.
@deno.land is very good at fixing that. Also I recommend reading the latest articles of @danabra.mov you may see that it could be easier to have the ui stack with it's own backend (RSC etc) and keep your pure backend. It doesn't solve your initial question about sharing types.
Remember that time we were all begging for an AI in our messaging app? ....Me neither.
It reminds me the beginning of delocalization, people losing their job for more profit, nothing else.
