Trump’s 1st year in office had the worst job growth this decade, excluding COVID.
In that same year, the 1% got a TRILLION dollars in tax cuts, the Trump family got $1.4 BILLION richer, & Americans paid $192 BILLION in tariff-related costs.
Working people are getting fleeced.
FlavorHive
Of course I had to come to the opening of Flavor Hive in Maryland!!! Right here in Montgomery County. So delicious!
Feeling SO PROUD of our students. I spent the afternoon talking to nearly 100 students from Flower Valley Elementary School in Rockville. They mentioned that they care about having more housing, more sidewalks, more parks for dogs and humans, more jobs, more technology and access to food for all 🤩
Marye Wells-Harley was more than a MC Planning Board colleague; she became my big sister & extraordinary role model. Her public service touched the lives in meaningful ways of everyone who knew her. Montgomery County is a more vibrant community today thanks to Marye’s legacy. I’m going to miss her ❤️
Representing Montgomery County with the Mayors at the State of the State! #marylandstrong
We mourn the passing of Rev. Dr. Ruby Reece Moone, a Civil Rights icon and member of the Montgomery County Human Rights Hall of Fame. A lifelong advocate for equality and education, she worked alongside leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Her legacy of justice and service will never be forgotten
I unequivocally condemn the displays of anti-semitism found at the Shaare Tefilla Congregation today. Anti-semitism has no place in Montgomery County, and I stand in solidarity with my Jewish neighbors. We all have a stake in rooting out hate wherever we find it.
heartbroken by the disturbing shooting at Wootton HS. We wish the individual injured a full recovery. I’m thankful for the immediate response by MC police, Rockville City police and first responders who provided medical care & ensure students/staff were safe. Guns have no place in our schools!
So much LOVE for Puerto Rico! Thank you #BadBunny ❤️Friends, experience the island! This is me a few months ago in Loíza, PR ⬇️🇵🇷 #superBowl
Wonderful time embracing our gorgeous community at the Maryland Vietnamese Mutual Association’s annual Lunar New Year Tet Festival.
The first time I ever voted for President was for Barack Obama. So incredibly proud of my President Obama. He and his wife Michelle Obama continue to inspire me with their compassion and grace ❤️ Thank you so much for being such exceptional public servants.
