I feel like sometimes it’s quite estranging how much more time and how much more consistency I have in my life. No more checking my phone every 10 minutes when I’m playing piano or waiting for a loading screen that takes literally 8 seconds

Ive been cutting down on phone use significantly lately. On Reddit I only use forums that serve to ask and answer questions, I’ve stopped playing clash of clans, and I only use the following tab on Bluesky. I use my phone less than half as often as I did before. Hard decision but it has paid off.
