Had to do other types modelling for work the last month or so, so not been able to do any hard surface for a little bit. Shaking off the rust with a little holosun sight for muh Deagle to get back into it.

Hard to believe that in a few hours time, a brand new Stalker game is being released. One of the driving forces behind me wanting to get into making artwork and 3D models for games, and it still inspires me to this day. Can't wait! #Stalker2

Thank you! Materials are mostly just building up lots of subtle layers, like heat bluing, areas of discoloration, build up of damage etc. I tend to work on textures where individually they are not too noticeable but hopefully work as a whole.

Really nice looking result from this! If I can ask, for process 4, what are your using to bake the atlas? I'm guessing the process is just a standard mesh to flat plane bake type thing, but you're using Blender to do it with the transfer texture bake?
