Finished this last night after it popped up on a "best of" list for 2025 and this is very good and tight story with an ending for which I was unprepared. I don't know if i'd call it horror or maybe just Career Weird (Careird? I'll work shop that) but it's worth your time and money.

The Organization Is Here to Support You by @charleneelsby.bsky.social is an incredible bureaucratic horror novel that reads like the love child of Kafka and the Tri-agency Guide on Financial Administration.
I absolutely loved this pitch-perfect, hilarious book.
