Waydroid and microG might not run all the Android Apps you need, so probably not. My plan is to use XReal glasses and thus have more screen real estate for running web apps as supplement to Waydroid Android Apps.

There are lists, but no feeds is implied by no algorithms. You only get sort by newest feed.

Mastodon has too many fundamental UX issues: no algorithms, no global search, you can only see reposts/likes from the same instance, timelines are fragmented, media often fails to load across servers, notifications are unreliable and identity migration is still painful.
