Doing everything is quite the task and all (also, I didn't know you do music, cool!).
Maybe someone else more knowledgeable can try and help out, give pointers or so in how to write dialogue at least as a start.

I'd say just start and try to implement it!
Writers had to learn that skillset just like you had to learn how to draw.
You have the advantage that you don't need to come up with the conversation in the moment, compared to the characters ^^
