i still like how akio's design in the movie vs the show is so diff. the movie makes him feel so much more nothing and pathetic. it adds to the interpretation of how the movie is a retelling by an older anthy/utena as they look back and he no longer has power over them

An illustration of a dinosaur playing Basket-ball by a 9 year old kid. A year later, showing how art evolve with time and how important it is to keep the creativity going to inspire younger generations to try and evolve. I helped him with advices for the proportions but everything else was made by himself.
I met the kid today and to my surprise he still draws now and then!
So I asked him to draw the dinosaur playing basket-ball again, to see the progresses he made
And wow, look at the evolution!
This makes me so happy
That's why teaching art values is important, AI could never make this happen.
A small illustration/ scribble of a dinosaur playing basket-ball. Illustration made by a 8 years old kid that never drew much before. The result is pretty good after many tries.
Also, this is his result after many tries!
Told him how to hold the pen and let the hand wander over the paper for better line quality.
It looks pretty good and he can't believe he did that himself!
That's the magic of art!
Hope he can continue if he likes it and who knows, become an artist too!
