I live in Vienna near the center, so I see quite a few tourists. And while the sheer number can be a bit cumbersome, overall it's just folks coming here to have a good time and see the sights. And if they need a moment to figure out public transport or where to go - so what? We all needed to learn.

Essential to remind that libraries are not just vital sources of knowledge and information but also excellent community centers devoted to under-served populations. Services for job-seekers, the blind, for senior citizens. They lend out books but also tech, cooking equipment, media players.

I love the Lessons of Vivec. Some of my favorite video game writing. :D
