I have a lower back issue that flares up (not as severe as yours from what I can tell, but it still incapacitates me when it gets bad enough)
I like this leaning stool and have my desk at half standing position. Easy to switch around to full standing during the day and leaning is better than stand

i've found that, even tho i work from home alone, i can still focus better with noise cancelling over the ear headphones on than i can with music on my speakers or no music
i think it just blocks out all random noise like traffic, fridge, dogs, etc. even tho i have no coworkers
