Learning about the Calgary thing is what prompted me to share the sticker today :) Unfortunately many libraries are embracing AI, much to the chagrin of some who work there. EPL has just had writers and musicians in residence so far.

Yup. And even if it's not covid, so many people have damaged immune systems now and other viruses hit them even harder.

The other day a library patron said "oh is covid back?" to me (masked) and I was like unfortunately it never left.

I've done a lot of programs/ presentations at schools and it's a cough-stravaganza every time. I mask but my immune system sucks now and so those visits (plus my germy workplace) have probably caused my last few viruses.
