🧪 Kangaroos have indeterminate growth, although in ♀️ it slows to less than 1% after about age 8, and gets confused with measurement error. Leg length of 6 ♀️ caught 9-10 times yearly since aged 3. For my thesis, I focus on the early live environmental effects (journals.plos.org/plosone/arti...) the Lansing effect and the effect of short interbirth intervals. My thesis is really interdisciplinary, as it mixes ecology with demography and epidemiology.
