The level of hypocrisy involved here is surreal. Not one Scottish Labour MP voted against withdrawing the Winter Fuel Payments from pensioners despite some Labour MPs in England voting against the party line at WM. Is it the function of the Scottish Parliament to mitigate UK Gov cuts?
