Book 160 The Computer Takeover was a really brutal one. I remember one ending where you're zapped, have a chip implanted in your brain, and then no more trying to stop the computer.

Not original but it was my first introduction to that matter-of-fact what-if-we-could-just-change-your-mind horror.
