They are mobile yes, but don't know whether then move once in theatre. It consists of control stations, a powerful radar array and batteries of interceptor missile launchers. These are spread over an area, so when it is reported that they've been knocked out, I'd assume it's the radar array.

Otherwise it is spot on, particularly with regard to the Kharg Island proposal; that'd turn U.S. destroyers and landing craft into a beautiful target.
