The only excuse for this sad comment is as a pretty obvious double entendre for his American fan base. Not a very serious figure.

I can’t believe any comedian would be that desperate to want to do that.

But Nigel can’t help it as all his lines are written on napkins at Mar-a-Largo.

I’d like to know where the circuses are.

Despite all its national troubles, & Westminster soap operatics Labour is doing concrete, positive things under the radar of the likes of Chris Mason et al.

It’s such a pity that such unifying figures like Cecil Rhodes didn’t make the cut.

I’ve discovered this on YouTube which makes history documentaries like the BBC used to: i.e. it tells the basic story sometimes with experts contributing but not ‘personality’ driven & trivialised in ways producers patronisingly think will tickle an audience’s fancy. youtu.be/oWbJVGD0LNM?...

Another win for Trump’s “flexible realism”.

Yesterday I learnt that Wendy Richards was such a Conservative supporter, she refused to speak lines critical of the Thatcher government when she was in EastEnders playing poor beknighted Pauline Fowler.

I think you’re seeing a lot which isn’t actually there. I’m certainly not suggesting there is any equivalence between the two ‘extreme’ (sic) parties. No need to be so aggressive is there?

I haven’t got a problem with it being an entertaining film, but why people think it’s ‘political’ other than in the superficial subject matter is rather curious and sad.

Not extreme.

To try and calm your over-excitement, I thought it was obvious that I was being descriptive in the sense that by any calculation, reform are the furthest right in terms of major parties and the greens the furthest left, or on the ‘extremes’ as somebody might put it. I was not being pejorative.
