We all know people who love drama, who create it on purpose for the attention and because they lack real skill, talent, and focus, I guess, and then drag everyone into it. Tim Houston is that person.

This is a great article. As someone living with chronic pain this is exactly it. And, I'd estimate that 75% of my flareups are triggered primarily due to stress. Medical stress is a big one of those.

Sigh. I enjoy SailGP races, but our Canadian team has been doing horribly this season. And that aside, given the dire situation in the province, the funding should be diverted elsewhere. Pretty sure Larry Ellison has a few spare bucks he could use.

Let's be real too: most of us who drive to the market don't mind paying a few bucks for parking to enjoy the market.

Vs.

I do understand my and/or the city's budget and demand better services and understand I have to pay for it.

Yeah that's exactly why I'm trying to bring an empty bottle to fill from their water fountain! I'd rather not buy from concessions.

Has anyone been to a show recently at Scotiabank Centre and taken an empty plastic water bottle with them? I want to bring one and their policy seems to suggest they are permitted, but anyone have recent experience?

A hand is holding a pile of seed packages. The labels are in purple and white and all say Suttons in a plain font. One indicates it is Iceland Poppy. On two of the packages you can see a letter D with a black circle around it. On another, a letter B.

Gardening friends! Does anyone know what the D and the B on the Sutton's seed packages mean? Not all have it (the Tithonia I bought don't!) but most do. I have tried googling it and searching Sutton's website, but still can't figure it out.
