This is to say nothing of the fact that most gamers’ conception of GNS isn’t accurate to the model/theory, making it worse than useless.
I truly wish GNS would exit the common gaming parlance. “No models are correct, some are useful” yeah, but I can count on one hand the number of times GNS has been useful.
Something that’s really helped my health is the realization that there’s an exercise for everyone.
I have awful ADHD, I can’t keep an exercise routine to save my life, but I love rock climbing. It’s cerebral in a way lifting weights and going running isn’t
