You can you use the "Share via" paid feature to post to Threads but otherwise no.
They require a server for media uploads, and Nootti works on your device only.

Thanks for your question. No decisions yet have to check out the API first whether it makes sense since you can do the fediverse (activitypub) sharing already.
No plans for that. The idea has been to do everything locally on device.

I have thought about it but going for thread posts is rather complex and posting errors are hard to resolve afterwards.

You can post media files on Nostr but it requires to set up a media server that hosts your files (e.g. nostr.build). Relays support only text.

You can share with other apps (still have your X?) before posting.
Did you update to the latest version?
The image upload may fail if the file size is too big.
Bluesky upload limit is 1MB per image.

Thanks! Hashtags are not yet supported on Bluesky (working on it).
Just keep in mind that the image size limit on Bluesky is 1MB so if they are too heavy and a compression attempt fails (still too heavy) they are skipped.
