I guess personally, I’m ready to see him be more than the cute sidekick. I’ve loved the moments of growth we’ve seen from him in the show (and getting more independent). Would really love to see him older and interacting in the NJO era

It doesn’t really matter, but like, at some point he’s gotta. Yoda was apparently already taking on Padawans at 100 years old, so somewhere between 50-100 that species just rapidly grows up.

One of my favorite bits of lore in all of #Highlander, is that Connor rescued and raised a WWII orphan as his own child. Soooooo much story potential just in that, but shows the character he has.

What manages to make Connor so engaging—for me—and gives #Highlander its heart/lasting quality, is that he never loses his humanity. He never stops loving. He cares deeply, even those he should be enemies with. He doesn’t let the years turn him bitter, nor the power turn him cruel.

Never forget that Connor MacLeod fought Nazis while making fun of them. #Highlander
